Auf Wiedersehn, we’ll meet again someday
Where the mermaids and the dolphins play,
In the land of Saba and Leverick Bay
And the Islands of the BVI and A

We grew up there and added family
We played in sunny days so happily
Our children tanned and so carefree
We lounged beneath the tall palm tree

We danced at night ‘neath starry skies
And dived on wrecks and coral spires
Drank rum and coke and Heinekens
And spent the days in mask and fins

Long time gone and long time past
Not our first and not our last
We’ll dive together once again
And find the gold and silver then

We’ll wind around our Island home
Never more our feet will roam
Our days in sunny splendor stay
And nights in starry heaven play.

Good night, god bless, rest peacefully
Sleep well and dream most tranquilly
The journey ends and starts anew
The ones you love will be with you.
